Education and Training are provided through and by the Dakotas JATC, affiliated with the electrical training ALLIANCE. The ALLIANCE was developed in cooperation by the IBEW and NECA to help both organizations meet the needs of providing a skilled, highly trained, professional workforce for the electrical contracting Industry.
